Encounter, Enlightenment - A Record of Dongguan Henan Chamber of Commerce Entrepreneurs' Study Trip to Xiamen

Learning is a happy practice! From December 4th to 7th, 2018, Mr. Zhao Guishuan, general manager of Dongguan Shunxingyuan Packaging Products Co., Ltd., and more than 50 entrepreneurs from the Dongguan Henan Chamber of Commerce went to Xiamen University for a four-day special training and study activity.

This training focused on the following courses: The Sino-US Trade War: New Changes in Sino-US Relations during the Trump Era; The Wisdom of General Secretary Xi Jinping's Governance - Studying the Methodology in Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era; the 19th National Congress "New Era, New Economy" series of lectures: From Demand-Pull to Supply-Push: Transforming the Economic Growth Mechanism - A "Difficult Action" That the Chinese Economy Must Complete; and Enterprise Tax Risks and Prevention. The aim was to allow participating entrepreneurs to listen to the voice of the times, grasp the pulse of the times, and create a new brilliance in theoretical and practical innovation, meeting a better tomorrow for their enterprises.

After the course, Mr. Zhao Guishuan, general manager of Dongguan Shunxingyuan Packaging Products Co., Ltd., talked about his learning experience: "This was a very rewarding learning journey, with many gains and insights. Going out, I clearly understand that the survival environment of many enterprises is very severe, the development pressure is huge, and there is an urgent need for transformation and upgrading. However, opportunities always coexist with challenges. Behind every difficulty lies an opportunity. Facing every difficulty, actively breaking through, and daring to innovate is the unchanging original intention of Shunxingyuan Packaging, an old brand enterprise specializing in the packaging industry for 19 years. Next, Shunxingyuan Packaging will further hone its internal skills, streamline and standardize business processes, integrate and optimize internal resources, introduce and transform advanced production methods and tools, strengthen its foundation, reduce costs and increase efficiency, refine and improve the enterprise, and provide better quality to every customer."

At the same time, Mr. Zhao was also deeply encouraged by this learning experience and emphasized that Shunxingyuan Packaging will further promote the spirit of Henan businessmen, and together with all comrades in the Dongguan Henan Chamber of Commerce, resolutely adhere to patriotism, law-abiding, innovation, and excellence, consciously acting as a model in fulfilling political, economic, and social responsibilities, and shouldering the responsibility of serving society while governing and developing enterprises.

Training scene

Time is vast, but the gaps between our fingers are narrow. All beauty is hidden in the crevices of time, and those crevices are also where light comes in. Because of the training, there were encounters; because of encounters, there were insights. The four-day training was short, and graduation marks an end and a new beginning. It means setting off again on a new journey, focusing on customers, working diligently, striving hard, actively innovating, and developing together!
