There are two bronze pads at both ends of the sealing knife to control the up and down movement of the sealing knife, so lubrication oil should be added frequently here.

9. Replacing the knife cloth

First, polish the sealing knife with sandpaper; then paste the knife cloth in the middle of the knife, and push it towards both sides to avoid air bubbles and wrinkles in the middle of the knife cloth, otherwise it will cause false sealing.

The cutting knife is mostly cast iron, and lubricating oil is added to both ends of the knife. The front and rear distance when contacting the lower cutting knife can be controlled by adjusting the fixing screws of the upper cutting knife.

13. Folding

Folding is divided into three steps, and the bag making machine folds automatically. If the customer requires the words to face outwards during packaging, the roll rotates clockwise during winding. If the words face inwards, the roll rotates counterclockwise during winding.
