I. Film Blowing Process

1. Raw Material Ratio
According to the various requirements of PE bags, different proportions of raw materials are formulated. For example: anti-static, anti-rust, antioxidant, conductive, biodegradable, etc., various auxiliary additives are added. Different grades of PE materials are changed according to different requirements such as transparency, toughness, tear strength, vacuum, etc.; according to special requirements, emphasizing high transparency, high tear strength, powder-free, and good opening properties, the proportions of various raw materials are changed.
2. Electronic Treatment
In the film blowing process, those that need to be printed must be electronically treated. At this time, attention should be paid to the intensity of the electronic treatment to ensure that the electronic treatment strength (dyne value) of the PE plastic bag tube material is sufficient to ensure ink adhesion.
3. Special Requirements
During the film blowing process, various different operations such as single-side opening, double-side opening, folding, point-breaking, embossing, and inflation are performed according to the special requirements of the film material.
II. Printing Process

1. Printing Ink
Different ink properties such as water-based ink, quick-drying ink, invisible ink, color-changing ink, anti-counterfeiting ink, induction ink, conductive ink, low-electron ink, and matte ink are selected according to the corresponding ink.
2. Printing Plate
According to the fine requirements of the printing content, the rotogravure (copper plate) printing effect will be better.
3. Printing Method
Select single-color printing, single-color double-sided printing, single-sided multicolor printing, and double-sided multicolor printing according to the fineness and complexity of the printing content.
4. Special Requirements
According to the special requirements of the printed pattern, different inks or additives are selected for color change, anti-counterfeiting, conductivity, and anti-adhesion.
III. Bag Making Process

1. Bag Type
According to the type of PE plastic bag, it is divided into gusset bags, flat bags, irregular bags, three-dimensional bags, vest bags, self-adhesive bags, wire bags, roll bags, handle bags, etc. Different types use different bag-making machine models, and the methods and auxiliary tools used are also different.
2. Special Requirements
Destructive adhesive strips need to be added to PE self-adhesive bags; glue needs to be applied to PE bags; card heads need to be added to PE bags; point-breaking needs to be added to PE bags; air vents need to be punched in PE bags, etc., using various different auxiliary tools.
3. Packaging Requirements
