II. Reflect product characteristics ， Attract consumer attention ， Promote sales

1. Determine the size of the outer packaging according to the size of the product;

Size requirements: Arrange the size to show the characteristics of the product, the size ratio should be beautiful, generous, and attractive to consumers when placed in the store, increasing and improving the conversion rate.

2. Draw the die-cutting diagram according to the determined size;

3. According to the die-cutting diagram, determine the size of the design flat layout, noting that this size should include bleeding;

4. Carry out flat creative design on the design size flat layout, dividing the drawing into front and back sides;

Note: The die-cutting diagram and the design flat layout are best divided into different layers.

2. Provide the design source file (ai file) for the printing plant to use.

3. The printing plant will use the design source file in the following aspects:

Die-cutting diagram ---> Making die-cutting

IV. Auxiliary work

1. You can ask the packaging bag manufacturer for a quotation based on the required materials + size + printing colors. When asking for a quotation, you can ask the supplier to provide a tiered price.

The tiered price means that the price will be different for different production quantities of each product. Because the copperplate cost for the production of each packaging bag is fixed, the larger the printing quantity, the cheaper the unit price.

2. Outer packaging design of packaging bags

Products need to go from channels to stores, and channels need to use batch outer packaging boxes for transportation.

For example, cosmetic packaging bags, according to experience, are packaged at 2000PCS/box, so 200PCS/bag, 10 bags/box.

Calculate the length × width × height size of the batch packaging box according to the above packing volume, draw the unfolded diagram of the batch box according to the size, and mark the size. (Die-cutting diagram, inner and outer diameters of the size).

Export foreign trade batch boxes cannot use nailing process, glue is enough.

3. After completing the above work, produce the production line packaging instructions as required: single product factory production line packaging instructions + batch product packing instructions.
