1. Flaky black spots appear on the aluminum plating surface

This is because the aluminum plating layer is very thin and easily oxidized when wet, resulting in flaky black spots on the aluminum plating surface of the film.

2. The aluminum plating layer disappears

Especially for PET aluminum foil film/PE film packaging and the edge of PET aluminum foil film/PE film composite packaging bags. This is because when it gets damp or is eroded by the adhesive solvent, the aluminum will disappear, which is also a kind of delamination phenomenon.

The aluminum plating layer of the aluminum foil film peels off due to moisture or erosion by the adhesive solvent, which will also cause delamination of the composite film. When the internal stress of the blown PE film shrinks and rebounds, the aluminum will transfer to the inner layer film, and the aluminum will lose the support of the flat surface of the film, and it will disappear as if it were gone. If you look closely, a small amount of aluminum is actually concentrated on the inner layer film.

Countermeasures:

1. The sealing edges of the aluminum foil composite packaging bag must be pressed well, and pay attention to not bonding the aluminum plating surface with the PE film. The aluminum plating surface should be compounded with the film, and then the aluminum plating film surface should be compounded with the inner PE film.

2. Note that aluminum foil composite packaging bags are not suitable for boiling and steaming.
