GB25190-2010 National Food Safety Standard - Sterilized Milk

2. Beverage products containing live bacteria (unsterilized) type lactic acid bacteria and requiring refrigerated storage and transportation should have their storage and transportation conditions indicated on the label
GB19298-2014 National Food Safety Standard - Packaged Drinking Water
1. When food additives are added to packaged drinking water, a phrase such as "Food additives added for flavor adjustment" or similar wording should be indicated adjacent to the product name
2. The name of packaged drinking water should be truthful and scientific, and should not be named after one or more ingredients other than water
3. Alcoholic Beverages
GB2757-2012 National Food Safety Standard - Distilled Spirits and Compounded Spirits
1. Labels for distilled spirits and compounded spirits should comply with the provisions of GB7718, in addition to indicating alcohol content, warning statements, and shelf life

6. Confectionery Products

2. The label should clearly indicate the category of infant formula food for special dietary use, such as lactose-free formula and the applicable special medical conditions. For premature/low birth weight infant formula food, the osmotic pressure of the product should also be indicated. For foods for special dietary use that can be consumed by infants over 6 months of age, it should be indicated that "infants over 6 months of age with special medical conditions should add supplementary foods when consuming this product".
3. The label should clearly indicate "Please use under the guidance of a doctor or clinical nutritionist".
4. The label cannot contain images of infants and women; terms such as "human milk-like", "breast milk-like", or similar terms cannot be used.
5. Instructions for use, preparation, illustrations, and storage conditions should be clearly stated on the label. Illustrations may not be required if the maximum surface area of the packaging is less than 100cm2 or the product weight is less than 100g.

GB29922-2013 National Food Safety Standard of the People's Republic of China General Rules for Foods for Special Dietary Use
1. Product labels should comply with the provisions of GB13432. The content indication of nutrients and optional ingredients should add the indication of "per 100 kilojoules (/100kJ)" content.
2. The label should describe the formula characteristics or nutritional characteristics of the product, and should indicate the category and applicable population of the product, and should also indicate "Not suitable for non-target populations".

GB10765-2010 National Food Safety Standard of the People's Republic of China Infant Formula
1. Product labels should comply with the provisions of GB13432; the content indication of nutrients and optional ingredients should add the indication of "100 kilojoules (100kJ)" content.
2. The label should indicate the category of the product, the attributes of infant formula: such as milk-based or soy-based products, as well as the product state and applicable age. For infant formula that can be consumed by infants over 6 months of age, it should be indicated that "infants over 6 months of age should add supplementary foods when consuming this product".
3. Infant formula should be labeled with: "Breast milk is the ideal food for infants aged 0-6 months. This product can be used when breast milk is insufficient or unavailable."
4. The label must not contain images of infants and women, and must not use terms such as "human milk-like", "breast milk-like", or similar expressions.
5. Instructions for use, preparation, illustrations, and storage conditions should be clearly stated on the label. Illustrations may be omitted if the maximum surface area of the packaging is less than 100cm2 or the product weight is less than 100g.

2. The label should indicate the product category name according to 4.1~4.4, such as "Infant and Young Child High-Protein Cereal Complementary Food".
3. For 4.1 Infant and Young Child Cereal Complementary Foods, the label should state "Requires mixing with milk or other suitable protein-containing liquid" or similar wording.
GB10770-2010 National Food Safety Standard for Canned Complementary Foods for Infants and Young Children
1. Product labels should comply with the provisions of GB13432; the nutrition facts label should include an indication of "100 kilojoules (100kJ)" content.
2. The label should indicate the suitable age of infants and young children, method of consumption, and precautions for consumption.
3. Canned juice products should indicate the content of fruit and vegetable juice or pulp.
GB22570-2014 National Food Safety Standard for Complementary Food Nutritional Supplements
1. Product labels should comply with GB13432 and indicate "Complementary Food Nutritional Supplement" and/or the corresponding category "Complementary Food Nutrient Supplement", "Complementary Food Nutrient Supplement Tablets", "Complementary Food Nutrient Sprinkle".
2. The label should indicate the suitable age group by month and state "This product contains multiple micronutrients; attention should be paid to dosage when consumed with other similar products". Products for infants and young children aged 6 to 36 months should also indicate "This product cannot replace breast milk and infant and young child complementary foods."
12. Food Additives
GB 26687-2011 National Food Safety Standard General Rules for Compound Food Additives
1. The label and instructions for compound food additive products should indicate the following:
a. Product name, trade name, specifications, net content, production date;
b. The common names of each individual food additive, the names of auxiliary materials; compound food additives used in market sales and catering should also indicate the content of each individual food additive;
c. Name, address, and contact information of the producer;
d. Shelf life;
e. Product standard code;
f. Storage conditions;
g. Production license number;
h. Scope of use, dosage, and method of use;
i. The label should clearly state "Food Additive"; compound food additives used in market sales and catering should indicate "Retail";
j. Other content required by laws and regulations.
2. Imported compound food additives should have Chinese labels and instructions. In addition to the above-mentioned content, they should also indicate the place of origin and the name, address, and contact information of the domestic agent. The name, address, and contact information of the producer may be in foreign languages, and the product standard code and production license number may be exempted.
3. The labels and instructions for compound food additives should be clear, obvious, and easily identifiable. They must not contain false or exaggerated content, and must not involve disease prevention or treatment functions.
GB 30616-2014 National Food Safety Standard Food Flavors
Labeling should be carried out in accordance with GB29924 "General Rules for Labeling of Food Additives". Products containing food heat-processed flavorings do not measure relative density and refractive index. The ingredient list on the product label should indicate "Food heat-processed flavorings". Food flavors containing ingredients from marine products should indicate on the product label that this product contains marine product ingredients.
13. Others
GB 14930.1-2015 National Food Safety Standard Detergents
The minimum sales packaging should indicate the product category (Class A, Class B), and Class A products may be labeled "Can be in direct contact with food".
GB 14930.2-2012 National Food Safety Standard Disinfectants
1. The product or minimum sales packaging should be labeled "For food contact use".
2. The product or minimum sales packaging should indicate the material of the product.
GB 4806.2-2015 National Food Safety Standard Nipples
Labeling should comply with the requirements of "National Food Safety Standard General Safety Requirements for Food Contact Materials and Products". If the product contains natural latex, it should be marked with "Product contains natural latex".
14. Food-related products
GB4806.3-2016 National Food Safety Standard Enamelware
Labeling should comply with the provisions of GB4806.1.
GB4806.4-2016 National Food Safety Standard Ceramic Products
In addition to complying with the provisions of GB4806.1, labeling should also indicate the resin name on the label, instructions, or accompanying documents according to Appendix A of GB4806.6-2016. Polymer blends should indicate the names of all resins.
GB4806.5-2016 National Food Safety Standard Glass Products
1. Labeling should comply with the provisions of GB4806.1.
2. When a product claims to be suitable for cooking or microwave use, it should be marked on the product or its minimum sales packaging.
GB4806.9-2016 National Food Safety Standard Metal Materials and Products for Food Contact
1. Labeling should comply with the provisions of GB4806.1.
2. Metal substrates should clearly indicate their material type and composition, or be represented by Chinese standard grades or unified digital codes, such as "Stainless Steel 06Cr19Ni10" or "Stainless Steel S30408", "Aluminum Alloy 3004", etc.
3. If the food contact surface is covered with a metal plating or organic coating, the plating or coating material should be indicated, such as "chrome plated", "zinc-nickel alloy plated", "PTFE coating", etc. If there is more than one layer of metal plating, the metal components of each layer should be indicated in order from outer to inner layer, separated by slashes, such as "chrome plated/nickel/copper".
GB 4806.8-2016 National Food Safety Standard Paper and Paperboard Materials and Products for Food Contact
Labeling should comply with the provisions of GB4806.1.
GB 4806.10-2016 National Food Safety Standard Coatings and Coated Products for Food Contact
In addition to complying with the provisions of GB4806.1, coated materials and products should also indicate the material names of the substrate and the coating separately.
GB 4806.11-2016 National Food Safety Standard Rubber Materials and Products for Food Contact
Labeling should comply with the provisions of GB4806.1. If the product contains natural latex, it should be marked with "Product contains natural latex".
GB 4806.1-2016 National Food Safety Standard General Safety Requirements for Food Contact Materials and Products
1. Product identification information should be clear, truthful, and not mislead users.
2. Labeling content should include product name, material, statement of conformity with relevant regulations and standards, name, address and contact information of the producer and/or distributor, production date and shelf life (where applicable), etc.
3. The declaration of conformity should include the regulations and standards followed, a list of substances with restrictive requirements and their restrictive requirements, and total migration compliance (for molded products only), etc.
4. In addition to complying with the above requirements, food contact materials and their final products should also be marked with "for food contact", "for food packaging" or similar phrases, or be printed with or affixed with a spoon and chopsticks symbol (see Appendix A for details), except for products with clear food contact uses (such as chopsticks, woks, etc.). Products with special usage requirements should indicate usage methods, precautions, purposes, usage environment, usage temperature, etc. For products with clearly defined usage conditions in relevant standards or products that pose a higher food safety risk if used beyond their specified conditions, their usage conditions should be explained in a special or prominent manner to enable users to handle, display, store, and use the product safely and correctly.
5. The above labeling content should be preferentially marked on the product or product label, and the label should be located in a conspicuous place on the minimum sales packaging of the product. When it is technically impossible to display all information on the product or product label, it may be displayed in the product manual or accompanying documents.
