Visual inspection of the appearance includes checking the flatness, transparency, and surface of the composite packaging bag. 1、 Inspection of "Bag Surface Drawing"
Place the composite packaging bag in the center of your hand, align it with a 40W fluorescent lamp and gently shake it. Through the reflected light from the surface of the composite packaging bag, you can clearly see if there are any scratches or marks on the surface of the composite packaging bag, which is known as "bag surface drawing" in the industry.
Drawing is mostly caused by unclean guide rollers of the bag-making machine, so it is necessary to ensure that the guide rollers are clean. In addition, if the guide rollers do not rotate, it will also cause drawing faults in the composite bag.
2 Composite Packaging Bag Flatness Inspection
Place the composite packaging bag individually on a flat table. If the surface of the composite packaging bag is curved, warped outwards or arched inwards, it indicates that the flatness of the composite packaging bag is poor; otherwise, it indicates good flatness.
The reasons for poor flatness generally include the following points: the bag-making temperature is too high, which destroys the stress stiffness of the inner layer of the composite bag; unreasonable structure; uneven thickness of the material itself, etc.
3、 Transparency Inspection
For some products, due to the large area without patterns, transparency is particularly important.
The method for detecting transparency is:
Take a finished bag and observe it through an indirect indoor light source. If there are "specks", "rings", "haze", etc. in the blank area, it indicates poor transparency; otherwise, it indicates good transparency.
