For names without national standards or industry standards, the commonly used name that reflects the true attributes of the food and does not mislead consumers must be indicated.

2、 Foreign languages should be smaller than Chinese characters

New regulations require: Except for registered trademarks, pre-packaged food must use standard Chinese characters, and the simultaneously used pinyin, foreign languages, or minority languages must not be larger than the corresponding Chinese characters.

For example: For imported food with an outer packaging larger than 20 square centimeters, the height of the text, symbols, and numbers in the marked content must not be less than 1.8 centimeters. The Chinese characters and foreign languages in the label must strictly correspond, and the Chinese characters must not be smaller than the corresponding foreign languages.

3、 Production date cannot be glued

New regulations require: Food must indicate the production date. The production date is the date when the finished product produced by the producer passes the factory inspection; the production date should indicate the specific part of the packaging and should not use the general term "see outer packaging".

5、 Language implying efficacy cannot be used
