Food packaging bags are a type of outer packaging design. These bags are frequently used in our daily lives. To more conveniently preserve food and maintain its freshness, this type of packaging bag was developed. It can directly contact food without affecting its quality.

Hygiene Inspection: Hygiene is extremely important in flexible packaging because it directly contacts the food we eat daily; therefore, the primary inspection standard is hygiene compliance.
This includes evaporation residue (acetic acid, ethanol, n-hexane), potassium permanganate consumption, heavy metals, and decolorization tests. Evaporation residue reflects the possibility of residue and heavy metals leaching out when the food packaging bag comes into contact with liquids such as vinegar, alcohol, and oil. Residue and heavy metals can negatively impact human health, and residue can also directly affect the color, aroma, and taste of food.

Safety Inspection: The raw materials and additives used in the bag must meet relevant national quality requirements and ensure they do not cause poisoning or other harm to the human body.
Degradability Inspection: Product degradation types can be divided into photodegradation, biodegradation, and environmental degradation. If the degradation performance is good, the bag will break, decompose, and degrade under the combined action of light and microorganisms, eventually becoming fragments that are accepted by the natural environment, avoiding white pollution.
Appearance Inspection: The appearance of the food packaging bag should be flat, without scratches, burns, bubbles, oil stains, or creases. The heat seal should be flat and without any gaps. The film should not have cracks, pores, or delamination of the composite layer. There should be no impurities, foreign objects, or oil stains.
Specification Inspection: Its specifications, width, length, and thickness deviations should all be within the specified range.
Physical and Mechanical Property Inspection: That is, the quality of the bag must be good. Physical and mechanical property tests include tensile strength and elongation at break. This reflects the product's tensile ability during use. If the product's tensile ability is poor, it will easily crack or break during use.
